Thank you to all our Camden Pointe Residents who volunteer to sit on the BOD Directors. We couldn't do it without you!

The homeowners gained control of the HOA (Homeowners Association) from Traton Corporation in March 2000. A number of homeowners including Craig Lee, Pat Johnson, and Anne Fussell were instrumental in the turnover of management to the homeowners. They worked to nominate the first 3 board members who were elected as the first Board of Directors at the annual meeting in August 2000.
New board members are elected each January to two year terms as needed to replace retiring members. At the first meeting of the new board, after the elections, the board members elect a president and select members to fill the other board positions.
