Clubhouse Page
The large and small clubhouses are available for any Camden Pointe homeowner in good standing to utilize for any occasion. No reservations by non-residents will be honored. Reservations are not confirmed until appropriate payment and contract are on file with the management company.

Clubhouse Rental Agreement
Camden Pointe has 2 wonderful clubhouses available for rental to our homeowners.
KEY PICK UP: Contact clubhouse volunteer and CP resident Meg DeThomas for key pick-up by emailing Meg at megdethomas@gmail.com or calling Meg at 678-358-0601. Please give at least 24 hours notice for key pickup – No phone calls after 9:30PM at night.
The large main clubhouse can easily accommodate 100 people in the spacious main room. This venue is perfect for dancing, karaoke and other social activities. The kitchen is complete with a stove, microwave and large refrigerator. It also has 2 dining tables with 6 chairs each and 2 couches. In summer months, the large clubhouse offers easy access to the Camden Pointe pool. CP also provides a "Private Party" sign so other residents know you have rented the clubhouse for a private party. Restrooms are located just outside and are accessed via the pool patio.
The small clubhouse can comfortably accommodate 25 people in 3 rooms and has a wheelchair accessible bathroom along with a small but useable kitchen with a small refrigerator. Additionally, it has a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 couches. Directly behind the small clubhouse is the world famous Camden Pointe 9 hole putt-putt course. The small clubhouse has clubs but you will need to provide golf balls for your guests.
