Camden Pointe Bylaws
Article XIII, Section 1 of the By-Laws of Camden Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. states that ("By-Laws"), may be amended at a regular or special meeting of the members of the Association by the affirmative vote of a majority of a quorum of members present in person or by proxy.
