Dear Neighbor,
In light of this month, the month of LOVE, I'd
like to share some quotes that I recently stumbled
upon about friends, and caring:
-
One who looks for a friend without fault will
find none.
- The act of caring is not meant to be measured.
- A smile is never an ending, but always a beatiful
begining.
- A kind word can light up the day for the recipient
as well as for the giver.
- You will know your true friend indeed, when you
come to them in need.
We wish you a month full of LOVE. :)

When
Does Remodeling Add Value?
by
Todd Moschner
It is the beginning of a new year and guess what
..
it is tax time! If Uncle Sam or Sonny Perdue is going
to be good to you this year and provide you with a
tax refund, you may consider allocating some of your
proceeds towards a remodeling project in your home.

Family history of heart disease is not a choice. Therefore,
if your family has history of heart disease, it is
especially important for you to try to reduce other

Special
Notes
- Several cars in Camden Pointe have been broken
into lately. These cars have been unlocked either
parked in their driveway or in their garage. In
one case, a purse was stolen and that resident's
debit card was used by the thief. Several cars have
also been egged. Please consider volunteering your
services for a possible Neighborhood Watch Committee.
If you're interested, please contact a board member
