The Camden Pointe Yard Sale is May 16th & May 17th. Yard sale money is due to Marci Lea at 5220 Camden Lake Parkway by Monday, May 12th . The incorrect date of 5/5 in the newsletter). Checks can be made out to Marci. Payments can be put in my mailbox as I will be checking it multiple times a day.

The Grand Opening Pool Party is slated for May 31st. It will officially begin at 4pm. The band, “Grand Slam” will go on at 6pm. Of course, there will be food and drinks. Grilled delicacies like hot dogs or hamburgers and soft drinks will be provided.

ATTENTION WAL*MART SHOPPERS!!!!!
Wal-Mart has decided to join the Camden Pointe Scrip Program! (Kroger is still a part of this great program). Effective immediately, after hearing so much about the Camden Pointe Scrip Program and deciding that they needed to join the bandwagon, Wal-Mart has agreed to join this incredible program!

Here are some picks on the Camden pool deck expansion. It is still in progress and will be completed and be finished by the official opening of the pool this summer.

Camden Pointe is managed by All-In-One Community Management. Please direct all inquiries regarding information on dues, fees, closing papers, etc to All-In-One.
