Dear Neighbor:

Welcome to our first edition of eViewpointe! We hope this e-newsletter will serve to bring us closer together as informed neighbors.

Many thanks to John Hess, our HOA president, and the board members for their volunteered time and energy. Please read The President's Letter for some important announcements.

In Getting a much needed "Altitude Adjustment", Rick and Lisa Freedman, two generous CP homeowners, will describe how they can contribute top dollars towards our playground fund.

Pei-Wen Simon, another CP homeowner, sheds some light on how to boost your business in her blurb on Tips for Business Owners.

Please remember to visit our shopping zone. Invite your friends and extended families to do the same. Just forward this e-newsletter with the link at the bottom of this e-mail. All commissions generated will go towards our playground!

Happy reading!

 President's Letter
 by John Hess

The September meeting of the Camden Pointe Homeowners Association was held on September 20, 2006, at the clubhouse. In attendance were 5 homeowners, 4 board members and Denise Hines of All-In-One Community Management.

Getting a much needed “Altitude Adjustment”
 by Rick Freedman

“Dad, when can we get to see snow?” Our oldest kids seemed to ask that question every year around Christmas time and more often than not, the answer would be along the lines of “maybe some day we could take a trip up north.” Of course, with four kids, the thought of being cooped up in the car traveling for 10 -15 hours quickly led me to really appreciate the finer aspects of spending December in shorts.

This past year though, we decided to take the plunge...

 Tips for Business Owners
 by Pei-Wen Simon

Growing up in a restaurant, I understand the value of customer relations. My parents ran a successful restaurant just outside of Atlanta. Customers came back time after time, mainly for Dad's authentic cooking combined with his superb customer service. Many of Dad's customers became good friends. Dad would make phone calls to his customers, inviting them to come try a new dish or two. And they always did! Customers enjoy hearing from my Dad, and receiving "sneak-previews" and special deals. It's a win-win situation: Dad's getting more business, and his customers are happy, and happy customers=increased business.

With this knowledge coupled with a knack for e-mailing, I decided to start a new venture with my spare time: Mailing Caboodle. If you have a business and would like to try affordable targeted marketing or maintain a correspondence with your customers through e-mailing, please contact me! I'd love to help you increase your business! PS: This Camden Pointe eNewsletter is just a sample of what I can publish.

Instead, do your holiday shopping with a click of your mouse! Right here! In the comfort of your home. Just type in what you're looking for in the search box below and click "go".
