Dear
Neighbor:
Welcome to our first edition of eViewpointe!
We hope this e-newsletter will serve to bring
us closer together as informed neighbors.
Many thanks to John Hess, our HOA president,
and the board members for their volunteered
time and energy. Please read The
President's Letter for some important
announcements.
In Getting
a much needed "Altitude Adjustment",
Rick and Lisa Freedman, two generous CP homeowners,
will describe how they can contribute top
dollars towards our playground fund.
Pei-Wen Simon, another CP homeowner, sheds
some light on how to boost your business in
her blurb on Tips
for Business Owners.
Please remember to visit our shopping
zone. Invite your friends and extended
families to do the same. Just forward this
e-newsletter with the link at the bottom of
this e-mail. All commissions generated will
go towards our playground!
Happy reading!

Pocket Your Time and Gas Money
Let's face it. Traffic
is horrendous here in Atlanta. Especially
around the holiday season. This year,
pledge to NOT sit in traffic and fight
for parking space at the mall. Instead,
do your holiday shopping with a click
of your mouse! Right here! In the
comfort of your home. Just type in
what you're looking for in the search
box below and click "go".
